Is there a way to ensure that a patient doesn't request an appointment for just a few hours from now? Right now it seems like someone can try to schedule an appointment the night before for our first appointment of the day. Obviously we would not be able to confirm that appointment but it is just setting the client up for disappointment. Text Confirmation - No Response Auto Reply

I'd like to request a free text feature be added to the Supplement list. Often times the provider will direct a patient to take 1-2 caps of something or other titration guidelines and it makes the med list look confusing when I have to fill in the required fields and then enter the titration details in the bottom free text box. Increase characters available in messaging
Is there a way to increase the number of characters allowed in the messages? I don't know what the cut off is right now but it must be pretty low. Patient messages are being cut off and forcing them to send 2 or 3 messages. Please increase the allowed number of characters. This would make it much easier to track. I am trying to initiate an outgoing referral. I've got it all typed up and saved but there is no transmit button available. I can save, edit, delete, print or download, but the transmit option isn't there. I thought it was because I am not under a doctor account but the doctor doesn't have the transmit button available either. I can't find any info on how to fix this. Please help!
