I notice google events that have been deleted in my google calendar do not drop out of my Charm calendar. Does anyone else also have this issue? I cleaned it up one time by deleting the calendar sync & then resuming / reinstalling it but would like to avoid this in the future if possible. Can an insurance payment be applied to a patient account on a line by line basis if an outside clearinghouse is used to submit the claim to insurance?
Increase characters available in messaging
Is there a way to increase the number of characters allowed in the messages? I don't know what the cut off is right now but it must be pretty low. Patient messages are being cut off and forcing them to send 2 or 3 messages. Please increase the allowed number of characters. This would make it much easier to track. Especially when the Charm messaging format is already so hard to follow. Thanks

I'm uncertain about how to use the KIOSK PIN. I have the app downloaded onto my iPad. I have no front desk staff so I do not want to use the "hand over" feature. Based on the description provided, it appears there is a way to generate a PIN for patients to login to the app & update information, answer questionnaires, etc. Can anyone here provide guidance on how to utilize the KIOSK PIN feature? Looking to see if I can remove administrative employees from the "Providers" view. I'd rather my whole team not show in this view as it can lead to some confusion for patients to see the MDs under the heading of "Providers" when they are actually nonclinical / administrative in their capacity within this organization. I recently transitioned from using primarily comprehensive notes with section specific templates to SOAP notes. I'm unsure how to get the widget information from the questionnaire into the SOAP note the same way I did when using comprehensive notes. How do I auto-populate medical history, medications, etc into chart note?
With my new patients I put the information from their intake paperwork into their charts including medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, etc. Is there a way to put this information into each chart note encounter since it will likely be the same each time? The template I use for SOAP notes seems to imply that information will auto-populate but I'm not sure how to do this. Thanks!

Embedded gallery on mobile device is not resizing

Generating 2 claims from 1 encounter
I'm dual licensed and have been advised by insurance companies to separate procedure codes under each credential respectively in order to receive the highest allowed reimbursement. This requires submitting 2 separate claims for the same encounter. Q: Is there a way to generate 2 bills for the same encounter? ChARM does not allow you to e-submit claims that do not have an encounter date, therefore creating the second invoice/claim without encounter renders it useless. Thank you for your help!
