I have the need to change a faculty members last name due to marriage.
She has changed all her legal documentation and now I need to change it in Charm. I do not want to add a new member as it will add complexity to charm and also create too many duplicate things like eRX and other things she has accounts in and uses.

When adding a provider under "referring provider" the speciality for social work or behavioral health is not listed.
Delete office note
I have created an office note and it inserted a template that is not correct (shows I did exams I didn't do) and I need to remove it from patient's chart. How do I do this?? Thanks in advance.
mobile embedded code for scheduling
Hi, Charm Scheduling embedded code for mobile devices does not work. Writing overlaps and patients cannot select provider or time. Anyone else having this issue? I've been told by Charm support that they understand it doesn't work. Doesn't seem to be a priority to change/fix. Danielle

Unable to Load Diagrams with Annotations
Hello, When I preview a chart in which I have annotated information on body diagrams, the diagrams do not show up at all (even if there is only 1 diagram). It simply shows there is a picture of some type that is not loading. I have the option to "Download," but every single time I do that, a screen pops up that tells me an internal error has occurred, and the only option is to return to the home screen. Hello, We are unable to save new patient information/create a new patient. I also can't seem to submit a support email request. Would appreciate if someone could contact us ASAP as this really limits our capabilities right now. Sometimes it asks for a zip code even though "Canada" is selected as the country. Repeat previous notes
Hello, Are we going to be able to "repeat previous notes" like we could on the original Charm? I can repeat in some sections only, but not in the CC section, and when I repeat in the Physical Exam and Treatment sections, the text is full of extra spaces as well as descriptions of the font, so I have to backspace and click multiple times to string the text together. I have switched back to the original version because this is very time consuming. I do like being able to see the previous note next

I sent support a message about this but still no response. What is the average turn around time? I have now had 5 patients had their scheduled appointments deleted. No trace of the appointment at all.
Can't remove a shared template from the ChARM Library
One of our practitioners accidentally shared one of our practice templates to the ChARM Library. It is not something we want shared and we need to remove it. How can we do this?
EHR App Crash
The app keeps crashing with calendar and now unsigned charts.... Started using Charm this past couple weeks and not had this problem. Tried refreshing and then reinstall app.. still not working... wont show patients on todays date
Creating templates - half of template gets deleted after saving
I have been creating templates the last two days and, while I have created many templates successfully in the past, all portions of the templates I edit or create get deleted after the review of systems box. The review of system box also "freezes up" and does not let me move around the entries after saving. Have lost so many hours of work and original templates destroyed without being able to create new ones in their place (nothing will save appropriately)!
