Provider not showing up in dropdown when scheduling online

I notice google events that have been deleted in my google calendar do not drop out of my Charm calendar. Does anyone else also have this issue? I cleaned it up one time by deleting the calendar sync & then resuming / reinstalling it but would like to avoid this in the future if possible. ((Would add screenshots but I always seem to get a message the image is too big when posting in this forum. Will forego the challenge of this today.))
Trigger questionnaire prior to appointment booking?
Hi, Is it yet possible to trigger questionnaires without needing to schedule an appointment? There are a subset of folks I would like to trigger questionnaires and then schedule later. I've been doing this really oddly by scheduling an appointment that I tell the patient to ignore. Thanks, Maggie

How do I auto-populate medical history, medications, etc into chart note?
With my new patients I put the information from their intake paperwork into their charts including medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, etc. Is there a way to put this information into each chart note encounter since it will likely be the same each time? The template I use for SOAP notes seems to imply that information will auto-populate but I'm not sure how to do this. Thanks!
Web Embed Calendar for a Single Visit Type?
I have a landing page that is dedicated to a specific visit type. When visitors land on this page, I would like them to be able to ONLY book an appointment for this visit type. However, when I embed the calendar, it shows all the visit types associated with that provider. Is there a way to limit the visit types displayed to a specific visit type?

Embedded gallery on mobile device is not resizing
Hello, I have embedded a Gallery on an existing page (both directly into a Div and testing with the baseUrl example) and this works great for large screens and iPad, but renders too large on iPhone and Galaxy. Sharing Reports with Patients
I created a report template for therapeutic recommendations when I recommend a product or additional therapy services. For example, I often recommended craniosacral therapy or items that may be considered durable medical equipment to make the recommendations. I would like to be able to send this report the the patient similar to how they receive the clinical summary. I'm not seeing a way to do this and I'm wondering if it is even possible or if I just have to print out the form or save it as a PDF

New Patient Registration Email
Hello! Quick question...when creating a new patient from the scheduling widget, I've noticed that confirmation emails go out quickly. However, the email to register a new patient in PHR is not being generated. I've looked in the settings section to see if I need to enable something. I've also checked the SPAM folder. Api call error
I am calling a get members api and passing authtoken parameter and apikey header through postman but it gives the message "INTERNAL ERROR" code :1000. I am not able to see the respone and get the members list. What is this error means ? Kindly let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks

Hello, I am hoping for some assistance. I have upgrading my phone so de-registered the old phone in the app settings and went through the procedure to register the new one. I got the appropriate tone in acc mode, new phone picked up the car's SSID, and the password was correctly input within the time allowed. How do I do a patient return for supplements?
I've searched the FAQ and cannot find information on returning supplements to inventory from a patient. I need to know how to credit the patient's account and how to return the supplement to inventory. Thank you for any direction you can give.

I might just be crazy, but I can't find on the web interface a function that's in the Android app. HOW do I mark a message as unread? That's a pretty critical piece of functionality that must be there and I'm just missing it.

Is there a way to send questionnaires to patients other than the calendar? We are a membership based practice. When a person or family become members, we put them into the system but they don't always come into the office for a visit right away. I am wondering if it is possible to erase or undo markings made to an image annotation. Also curious if while working in soap notes, it is possible to repeat that image annotation from previous appointment.
