EHR App Crash
The app keeps crashing with calendar and now unsigned charts.... Started using Charm this past couple weeks and not had this problem. Tried refreshing and then reinstall app.. still not working... wont show patients on todays date

I need to change the Rx print format. I need to change the size of the paper, the number of prescription per Rx, and need to put a water mark photo on the Rx. Inventory Management - Missing Fields
Hi everyone. I have emailed Samba, Venky and support now around 10 times regarding the the inventory data of ours that was deleted (originally all our stock categories went missing) on the 29th March, and after several weeks, it was finally returned, but missing several fields. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and how did they get it resolved as support are ignoring my requests to have our data restored before they deleted it.
ChARM Templates
I'm an Medical Administrative Assistant for a medical practice. I'm looking for a way in ChARM to record notes of my communication with patients, especially over the phone. I see a "Nurse Notes" template but I'm wanting to know if there is a way to create a template for my notes. I suppose I can use quick notes but prefer a separate template for my communications with our patients. Thanks for any help.
Charm EHR Template ROS - postitve/negative

Repeating soap notes
Hello, I am still having difficulty repeating my previous notes for only my Botox soap notes. Occasionally for some unkown reason, I can repeat this note. This is my most commonly used soap note, and It would be wonderful if they could always be repeated.
Commonly used codes
Is there a way to have a narrower list of ICD10 codes to choose from - i.e. my own list of frequently used codes?

Error when signing consultation

calendar - can not view my appointments
calendar - suddenly I can not view my calendar. the message pops up choose at least one provider. so I clicked on the blue settings button located on the right, myself and my providers' names are not even there. please help! I can't even see who is on my schedule for tomorrow. Thank you.
Sort Visit Types?
When scheduling an appointment, is there a way to make the drop-down "Visit Types" list appear in a certain order? Right now it appears random--it's not alphabetical or even in the order in which I entered them into the system. Thanks!
Markings made to image annotation.
I am wondering if it is possible to erase or undo markings made to an image annotation. Also curious if while working in soap notes, it is possible to repeat that image annotation from previous appointment.
WHO growth chart
Can the WHO growth charts be added for children birth to 2 years old? When charting growth on CDC charts, weights appear significantly lower. This is also the standard recommendation per the CDC.
Creating templates - half of template gets deleted after saving
I have been creating templates the last two days and, while I have created many templates successfully in the past, all portions of the templates I edit or create get deleted after the review of systems box. The review of system box also "freezes up" and does not let me move around the entries after saving. Have lost so many hours of work and original templates destroyed without being able to create new ones in their place (nothing will save appropriately)!
Update Procedure Details
When I fill out the fields in the pop-up screen for updating procedure details (after clicking the little notepad icon to the right of procedure code), then I click 'Update', there is no response. The button doesn't work. Please advise.
Demographic report
Is there a way to run a report listing number of patients by insurance? Additionally, I noticed when running a demographic report, it counts inactive patients as well as active. Is there a way to get that changed?
Template for "message to pt" section
Is it possible to create a template for the message to pt section when scheduling visits. IE: new pts appts would all be $name$, Thank you for scheduling with $practitioner$. Please fill out the attached intake and consent forms. (etc) Same with things like well woman exams of venipuncture visits?
Merge patients
Is there a way to merge patient accounts? When I imported my patient list, some of my patients are in there twice.
How do I delete an encounter
I created an encounter and in my haste went back to create an encounter saying yes instead of choosing the current day's encounter. How do I delete an unnecessary encounter? thank you george
Questionnaires: how do I view and fill them out as if I were a patient?
I want to view and fill out all my questionnaires as if I were a patient after I create them to ensure they work properly and they flow just like I want them to? Dummy patient Ideally I would log in as the dummy patient via the patient portal (after I send him the questionnaires) and view and fill them out on his behalf. This would provide valuable information. But I LACK access to his patient portal sign in information. Help! Angelica
printing multiple invoices at once
We do not bill insurance, though we often provide Super Bill for patients to submit to on their own. I would like to give them a receipt that shows multiple visits - I think there is a way but I can't find it! Thanks, Star
Massage Therapist Charting
Hi- Does any of the providers here using Charm have massage therapists or other non physician providers in the office? I'm setting up our system and am trying to figure out the best way for the non physician providers to do their chart notes. Often patients will see the physician and the non physician provider on the same day- but they just pay one bill. How do I have both providers make a SOAP note but only have one bill for the patient? I need all the procedure codes on one bill, is that possible?

Formatting in templates?
Is there a way to get formatting (specifically bold letters) to appear in templates? I have a few items I always go back and bold after I use the template to populate the chart note and it would save a lot of time to have it automatically appear bolded. Thanks!
Trying to Reply
I recently joined the forum. Tried to reply to another post and after logging in the reply link disappears. If I click on the "private reply" link on the right side it says I do not have permission to reply after I fill in the post information. Is there some other setting needed to reply to others? Inventory Report
We have not found a way to easily reorder products using the current inventory report options. We need a clean clear report that has the product and the SKU (product code). The "inventory by product" report doesn't have SKU's. The "reorder level report" has a place for "batch number" that can be used for SKU but has repeats products line after line creating long confusing reports. I tried to rename the products to include the SKU's but that isn't possible. Would welcome additional ideas and strategies

I'm trying to find the CMS EHR certification ID for ChARM, so that we can get started with Meaningful Use, but I can't seem to find it on the government search site. Can you help me out? Thanks
