KIOSK PIN
I'm uncertain about how to use the KIOSK PIN. I have the app downloaded onto my iPad. I have no front desk staff so I do not want to use the "hand over" feature. Based on the description provided, it appears there is a way to generate a PIN for patients to login to the app & update information, answer questionnaires, etc. Can anyone here provide guidance on how to utilize the KIOSK PIN feature? SOAP Note / Med & Allergy list
I recently transitioned from using primarily comprehensive notes with section specific templates to SOAP notes. I'm unsure how to get the widget information from the questionnaire into the SOAP note the same way I did when using comprehensive notes. I've reviewed the template settings to see if it is an option to add this section as a template component & can not locate it. Is this not an option? This is a major drawback to the SOAP note feature as a documented list of current medications &
Questionnaire
I'm currently testing out your system for my office. When I spoke with your sales rep, they told me that questions such as insurance details and medications currently being taken would populate automatically from the questionnaires. However, I just created a test patient, sent them (me) the questionnaire, filled it out, received the completed questionnaire in ChARM but the medications are not populated in the bar on the left. Did I misunderstand the sales rep or am I doing something wrong? Jenifer
Change an Encounter Date before Note is Signed?
Is it possible to change an encounter date before a chart note is signed? We can't figure out how to do this, and we have practitioners who prep for an encounter the day before. They want to be able to begin their notes early, but have them reflect the actual date the patient encounter occurs. It seems the encounter date is being set based on the date the practitioner begins their note/prep, and not based on the date of the appointment. Hi there, In My Account > Messages > Preferences, I have it marked as "Required" for both message notification and questionnaire notification. Yet, I'm still not receiving any notices when my patients complete their questionnaires. Please help!
customizing meds/supplements
Are we able to creative "favorites" for meds and supplements that can be specific to provider but shared with other providers? ETA: I found the templates area where I can add favorites. Just wish could do this as I go along. Ie: when adding meds to patients note could click "favorites"
Email Notification Questions
Can Email Notification settings differ by Visit Type? What happens when Email Notification is set to "Not Required"? Does this mean an email notification is never sent, or does it mean that email notifications are not automatically sent? If it is the latter, how do you send an email notification if it is not automatically sent?
Patient list is incomplete in Analytics
I want to export a CSV file of my patients to download onto my computer. I went to Analytics and it only listed 10 when I have 100 listed in the Patient heading on the menu bar. What is happening here ?. Thanks for any help here
Not receiving questionnaires
Hello - Having difficulty receiving the questionnaires that are being filled out by clients. They show as sent by us, and the client has submitted all on their end - but they are not showing up received on our portal. Thanks for help :) (They are showing in the patients account as being sent - but my question is pertaining to the "messages" section on our portal where we can track questionnaires that are sent and received. We are needing to be alerted to when clients submit the questionnaires
Require credit card to book an appt
To deter no-shows and late cancellations we require clients to enter card info during the appt booking process... how can i implement that here as we begin using Charm?
Search email messages
Is there a function where I can search for a string in messages, and get the resultant messages? It would be odd to have that feature for searching chart notes, but not messages - I must just be missing it.

Importing patient CSV - can we automate patient portal invitations?
I've built the spreadsheet needed to import the last years worth of patients. A small test run on a demo account imports properly. How can I 'bulk enroll/invite' these 650 people into the patient portal? We're changing out out of office emails to say "go to the portal", so need patients to actually be enrolled. Thanks, Adam

Printing reports - redundant header and suggestion
I am printing a report of findings that I have customized for our practice. When printing, the header prints alone with a blank remainder of a first page. Then prints again on the next page with the actual report. I can't figure out where I might have this process duplicated in a template. Also: it would be great to have more options than just printing, editing or closing a report. I would like to be able to save this report to pdf or send the report directly to the patient as a pdf when it is

Importing Patient
I am trying to import my patient CSV list from Patient Fusion. I have exported list and formated per directions. But when I "import" it only the first patient in the CSV imports in. I only have 74 patients - guess I could import them 1 at a time but what a pain. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
Make headings show in final chart note
I have created a custom SOAP template with heading elements. However when I go to make a chart note with that template and "preview" the final note, the heading is not in the note. Is there a way to make this happen, or a different way to go about it?
Scheduling for multiple calendars - synching schedules?
I work at two locations and am trying to figure out how to manage my calendars. Locations are within a block of each other and I'd like to be flexible about seeing patients at both locations on the same days. Questionnaires versus Documents for Patient Consent Forms
I am looking to find a way to simplify the consent and privacy document acknowledgments. Within the questionnaire framework it seems I would be able to post most of the aspects of my documents and then ask questions along the way to elicit consent. This would lack a signature. Is this advisable or is the only way really to have the patients print forms, sign them and email them back before their appointment? Or ask them to read the forms and be prepared to sign using the kiosk function on an ipad

Change encounter dates?
I have been asked if it is possible to change (back date) an encounter, so that you can start a record for an encounter that happened a couple days ago. I understand that this is not an ideal way to chart, but it helps some people get familiar with the system by allowing them to learn and test it outside of an actual patient encounter first.
LOST access to all my patient charts! HELP!
I am in the process of changing my practice name from Dr. Debi Walker to Sierra Naturopathic Cancer Care and when I added this name as a "New Facility" I lost access to all my charts under facility name "Dr. Debi Walker." The system also won't allow me to toggle back to the facility "Dr. Debi Walker." I am now resolved to get some professional help with ChARM, but I have not been able to find anyone who specifically knows this system. Please advise, Dr. Debi Walker
