Weird formatting now happening as I chart
Is it just me? Now as I'm typing, especially into either a message to a patient or when I'm typing in the Instruction field, often when I backspace or even when I just hit enter at the end of a paragraph, it throws line breaks throughout everything I had just typed it. It often totally wrecks the formatting of what I've been typing to the patient, with just 2-5 words on each line. Sure, my messages can read a bit like poetry, but I'd prefer the look of prose. But seriously, this has been going on

Api call error
I am calling a get members api and passing authtoken parameter and apikey header through postman but it gives the message "INTERNAL ERROR" code :1000. I am not able to see the respone and get the members list. What is this error means ? Kindly let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks

Hello, I am hoping for some assistance. I have upgrading my phone so de-registered the old phone in the app settings and went through the procedure to register the new one. I got the appropriate tone in acc mode, new phone picked up the car's SSID, and the password was correctly input within the time allowed. The app told me reg wasn't possible because another phone was connected, or I was out of range, out of time, or used the wrong codes. None of these was the case. Please direct me to a helpful
Setting up PHR?
We are a relatively small practice that has been using ChARM since September (4 months). We want to explore using the patient portal, but want to start small. Where do we choose what the patient has access to? How do we upload to the patient's PHR? I saw a video that a practice shared that showed them able to start Release of Info requests w/patients. How do we do that? Can we change which providers the patient can email? We would like our administrators to gather patient messages to screen them
How to get box 24J filled out on the CMS 1500 Form
I just had claims denied at the clearinghouse because Box 24J is not filled out. I have never had this problem before. How/Where do I fill out my personal NPI number so that box 24J gets filled out on the CMS1500 form?
List Rx by Provider
Hi, is there an easy way to list all prescriptions filled by a certain provider in a date range? I have seen the Analystics "Medications" option but this appears to list prescriptions for all providers and has no date information. Thank you.
Insurance Refunds
We are not currently using Charm RCM/Billing services but we are entering insurance payments in by hand. Has another been able to figure out how to refund an insurance payment due to a overpayment? Anyone have an idea if we just treat it as a typical refund? That only issue is that some insurance companies don't ask for a refund, they just take the money they would be paying for other claims and keep that. Maybe I'm over thinking this. Help!
NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS OF QUESTIONNAIRES on ChARM
Hi there, In My Account > Messages > Preferences, I have it marked as "Required" for both message notification and questionnaire notification. Yet, I'm still not receiving any notices when my patients complete their questionnaires. Please help!
Apply a credit from one patient account to another
Curious if it's possible to have payment from one patient's account be transferred over to anothers'? Once patient partially paid for a second patient's appointment however that second patient never used the credit. Now I have the first patient asking to be able to use the funds. customizing meds/supplements
Are we able to creative "favorites" for meds and supplements that can be specific to provider but shared with other providers? ETA: I found the templates area where I can add favorites. Just wish could do this as I go along. Ie: when adding meds to patients note could click "favorites"
Supplement list printout needs headers on subsequent pages
I often print out my Patient Summary that will go past one page. The subsequent pages just start at the top of the page - so close to the top that stapling it together will cover up the words. I've requested this before, but no response. The pages after page 1 in the Patient Summary need to have a header just like the invoices do on subsequent pages.
How do I do a patient return for supplements?
I've searched the FAQ and cannot find information on returning supplements to inventory from a patient. I need to know how to credit the patient's account and how to return the supplement to inventory. Thank you for any direction you can give.
Messages to all patient
I've seen this question asked before, but it still isn't a feature. Has anyone heard when we might have the ability to send a message to all patients as an email blast? I'm about to move my clinic and need to notify everyone. It is also helpful when we are closed for vacation and holidays.
Dymo label printer
Has anyone found a way to print out patient labels for shipping? I ship a lot of supplements, and right now have to go through a lot of work to get a label done. It would be nice to have a DYMO printer function to print the patient name and shipping address quickly.
Non covered service coding
Any suggestions for best practices on coding for non covered services. In my holistic practice I provide a variety of modalities. Should I just use the same generic non covered service cpt for all the multiple procedures I do; only varying the description of the service?
Scanning Function
For anyone interested, we just started using the scanning function direct to Charm and it works well. Less steps, but as important scans go in much faster and it manages files better so we can add more pages per scan. Mark
Email Notification Questions
Can Email Notification settings differ by Visit Type? What happens when Email Notification is set to "Not Required"? Does this mean an email notification is never sent, or does it mean that email notifications are not automatically sent? If it is the latter, how do you send an email notification if it is not automatically sent?

Is there a way to send out a message/announcement to all patients via ChARM? Like announcing holiday hours or something like that?
Can't save new patient info or even send a request for support!!!! Need help ASAP!
Hello, We are unable to save new patient information/create a new patient. I also can't seem to submit a support email request. Would appreciate if someone could contact us ASAP as this really limits our capabilities right now. Sometimes it asks for a zip code even though "Canada" is selected as the country. Announcements: Strange text showing up. How do I fix it?
In the patient portal under the announcements section, I get an odd text strand, that I did not type, as part of my message. The subject of the Patient Announcement is "Testing Announcements" (It was my first one & I'm testing this section out to see how it works.) In my practice portal is shows up normal. email signature
When I copy & paste my email signature into the Signature section of the Messages tab within Settings, it looks normal. After checking the Enable Signature box, then creating a new message, the formatting is completely off. There are spaces between letters within the same word, some letters italicized & others not within the same word, and in some messages there are many spaces between the lines of text in my signature. I don't see an area where I can reformat this. Can anyone point me in the

Patient list is incomplete in Analytics
I want to export a CSV file of my patients to download onto my computer. I went to Analytics and it only listed 10 when I have 100 listed in the Patient heading on the menu bar. What is happening here ?. Thanks for any help here
Statements
I would really really like the option to send out statements on a patient's account rather than invoices for each individual date of service. I send invoices electronically and via mail at the end of the month and people often have more than one visit with balances. PLEASE make this an option!!
Inventory Management
Hello, is there an easy way to adjust stock level in Inventory for supplies that were used by practitioners and not by patients, for example, I currently have 4 boxes of 50-pack acupuncture needles in stock, and one of my practitioners removes one box to use on her clients for the day. Is there a way to simply mark 1 box as having been used without utilizing an Invoice? Thank you kindly.

Repeat previous notes
Hello, Are we going to be able to "repeat previous notes" like we could on the original Charm? I can repeat in some sections only, but not in the CC section, and when I repeat in the Physical Exam and Treatment sections, the text is full of extra spaces as well as descriptions of the font, so I have to backspace and click multiple times to string the text together. I have switched back to the original version because this is very time consuming. I do like being able to see the previous note next
Not receiving questionnaires
Hello - Having difficulty receiving the questionnaires that are being filled out by clients. They show as sent by us, and the client has submitted all on their end - but they are not showing up received on our portal. Thanks for help :) (They are showing in the patients account as being sent - but my question is pertaining to the "messages" section on our portal where we can track questionnaires that are sent and received. Master scheduling for blocking different times on a dynamic basis
A couple of our providers also work at an ER and their schedules vary by month. They may be available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday one week, but Wednesday and Friday the next week. Or, they may only be available half a day. I need the ability to input those schedules accordingly. Is there a way to do this in Charm? Dan

To deter no-shows and late cancellations we require clients to enter card info during the appt booking process... how can i implement that here as we begin using Charm?

Disable "Request Appointment" in patient portal
Hi, We're not using charm for scheduling, but I seem to be unable to remove the request appointment or calendar tiles from the patient portal. All practitioners have "Enable Online Appointments" disabled. We did do a trial with scheduling, with many patients ported over to the calendar, before opting out. We need this disabled ASAP. Please assist.
Using telehealth
We are using telehealth and would like to use it a lot more, however, we are running into some difficulties. Specifically, we have had several pts that we simply can't get the telehealth encounter to start with. It seems that telehealth won't work with i-pads, even with Chrome loaded onto them, but it will work with i-phones with Chrome, no Safari. Trouble with customization of templates
I am having trouble with my customized templates working with one another. I have a pain scale of 1-10 with each number able to click for each area of complaint. My problem is if I have multiple areas of complaint and I need to use 2 customized forms, I cant click a number for each. For example: If a neck pain is "6" I can click that but if I have to add shoulder pain "4" then the neck pain "6" goes away. Not sure how to correct this. Help!
