Hi there! Can you please tell me...how do I revise amounts of credit added to a patient's account in the past? The situation: I added credit to a patient's account on the "Receipts" --> "Add Payment" function as a patient was due a partial refund. That refund amount has been applied to invoices that have been approved in the past. Is it possible to reverse the credit that was applied to the patient's account in this manner, even though invoices have used this credit as a form of payment? Thanks!

Compressed schedule hours on web embed - feature non-functional
Hi there, When I embed the scheduling on our website, it works find on PC. When viewed on iPhone 7, Android Chrome, Android Samsung Browser, the times listed are jumbled with the AM/PM overlapping with the hours, rendering them unviewable. I've adjusted frame width, etc, and am unable to get the column width to display properly. Requesting desktop page in Chrome on Android renders the columns properly and the tool is usable, albeit extremely tiny. Please see at http://www.nawellness.com/scheduling/.
Change Calendar view to office hours and change Calendar view font size.
Our front desk is giving feedback that the inability to reduce the view to just office or schedule hours results a bit of extra visual overhead & strain. Is it possible to reduce that? Similarly, the font is tiny and hard to read without sticking your nose on the monitor - any way to adjust that without generally increasing browser view? Lastly for schedule view None of these are critical, but they are impacting productivity.
Patient visits being deleted
I sent support a message about this but still no response. What is the average turn around time? I have now had 5 patients had their scheduled appointments deleted. No trace of the appointment at all.
message/announcement to all patients via ChARM
When will we be able send out a message/announcement to all patients via ChARM. We have requested this for 2 years now. We keep getting the same old response, " we are working on this". It a simple on off switch that you all have disabled and it needs to be enabled. This does not take 2 years.
Patient Retention and Recall
Does CHARM do any sort of campaigns or have a way to run reports for patient retention and/or recall. For example, if someone has not been in to the office within the last 90 days is there a report for that? And if there is (or even if there is not) is there a way to contact them in a mass way through the portal or otherwise in order to try to retain them as a patient or reactivate them? Since the system is set up for patient reminders, we didn't know if there was a way to tack this on to that application.
Search email messages
Is there a function where I can search for a string in messages, and get the resultant messages? It would be odd to have that feature for searching chart notes, but not messages - I must just be missing it.
Mark as unread
I might just be crazy, but I can't find on the web interface a function that's in the Android app. HOW do I mark a message as unread? That's a pretty critical piece of functionality that must be there and I'm just missing it.

Importing patient CSV - can we automate patient portal invitations?
I've built the spreadsheet needed to import the last years worth of patients. A small test run on a demo account imports properly. HCFA not lining up correctly in the boxes
The x's in the test page line up correctly, However, when I print a patient HCFA the data all ends up slightly higher and to the right. How do I modify the alignment on the HCFA? I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Is there a way to send questionnaires to patients other than the calendar? We are a membership based practice. When a person or family become members, we put them into the system but they don't always come into the office for a visit right away. We would like to send them a questionnaire right away without waiting for them to make an appointment. Is this possible? Nevermind, I just found it in messages!

Labs and hard copies
We are just beginning our transition from paper to ChARM. With this, I am not sure what we should do with our patient Lab copies? The lab companies all send us two copies and one goes to the patient. How are other's keeping these until the patient receives their copy?

Inventory Management - Missing Fields
Hi everyone. I have emailed Samba, Venky and support now around 10 times regarding the the inventory data of ours that was deleted (originally all our stock categories went missing) on the 29th March, and after several weeks, it was finally returned, but missing several fields. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and how did they get it resolved as support are ignoring my requests to have our data restored before they deleted it.

Printing reports - redundant header and suggestion
I am printing a report of findings that I have customized for our practice. When printing, the header prints alone with a blank remainder of a first page. Then prints again on the next page with the actual report. I can't figure out where I might have this process duplicated in a template. Also: it would be great to have more options than just printing, editing or closing a report. ChARM Templates
I'm an Medical Administrative Assistant for a medical practice. I'm looking for a way in ChARM to record notes of my communication with patients, especially over the phone. I see a "Nurse Notes" template but I'm wanting to know if there is a way to create a template for my notes. I suppose I can use quick notes but prefer a separate template for my communications with our patients. Thanks for any help.
