Embedded gallery on mobile device is not resizing
Hello, I have embedded a Gallery on an existing page (both directly into a Div and testing with the baseUrl example) and this works great for large screens and iPad, but renders too large on iPhone and Galaxy. The page is also not 'pinchable' on mobile. Can you point me to an example of an embedded gallery that is working so I can compare? Any help will be apprecited. Generating 2 claims from 1 encounter
I'm dual licensed and have been advised by insurance companies to separate procedure codes under each credential respectively in order to receive the highest allowed reimbursement. This requires submitting 2 separate claims for the same encounter. Q: Is there a way to generate 2 bills for the same encounter? ChARM does not allow you to e-submit claims that do not have an encounter date, therefore creating the second invoice/claim without encounter renders it useless. Thank you for your help!
NDC codes for Vaccines- How to make NDCs appear on CMS 1500?
Has anyone figured out how to input NDC codes for vaccines so they appear on a CMS 1500? Mine are not appearing which causes us to be unable to bill for them (costly!!). I'm trying to avoid having to input the NDC codes into the CPT code description. There must be a better way. When I update our vaccine inventory I put the NCD code under 'product number'. Sharing Reports with Patients
I created a report template for therapeutic recommendations when I recommend a product or additional therapy services. For example, I often recommended craniosacral therapy or items that may be considered durable medical equipment to make the recommendations. I would like to be able to send this report the the patient similar to how they receive the clinical summary. I'm not seeing a way to do this and I'm wondering if it is even possible or if I just have to print out the form or save it as a PDF

New Patient Registration Email
Hello! Quick question...when creating a new patient from the scheduling widget, I've noticed that confirmation emails go out quickly. However, the email to register a new patient in PHR is not being generated. I've looked in the settings section to see if I need to enable something. I've also checked the SPAM folder. Api call error
I am calling a get members api and passing authtoken parameter and apikey header through postman but it gives the message "INTERNAL ERROR" code :1000. I am not able to see the respone and get the members list. What is this error means ? Kindly let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks

Hello, I am hoping for some assistance. I have upgrading my phone so de-registered the old phone in the app settings and went through the procedure to register the new one. I got the appropriate tone in acc mode, new phone picked up the car's SSID, and the password was correctly input within the time allowed. The app told me reg wasn't possible because another phone was connected, or I was out of range, out of time, or used the wrong codes. None of these was the case. Please direct me to a helpful
How to get box 24J filled out on the CMS 1500 Form
I just had claims denied at the clearinghouse because Box 24J is not filled out. I have never had this problem before. How/Where do I fill out my personal NPI number so that box 24J gets filled out on the CMS1500 form?
How do I do a patient return for supplements?
I've searched the FAQ and cannot find information on returning supplements to inventory from a patient. I need to know how to credit the patient's account and how to return the supplement to inventory. Thank you for any direction you can give.

Can Email Notification settings differ by Visit Type? What happens when Email Notification is set to "Not Required"? Does this mean an email notification is never sent, or does it mean that email notifications are not automatically sent? If it is the latter, how do you send an email notification if it is not automatically sent?

Patient list is incomplete in Analytics
I want to export a CSV file of my patients to download onto my computer. I went to Analytics and it only listed 10 when I have 100 listed in the Patient heading on the menu bar. What is happening here ?. Thanks for any help here

I might just be crazy, but I can't find on the web interface a function that's in the Android app. HOW do I mark a message as unread? That's a pretty critical piece of functionality that must be there and I'm just missing it.
Importing patient CSV - can we automate patient portal invitations?
I've built the spreadsheet needed to import the last years worth of patients. A small test run on a demo account imports properly. When a person or family become members, we put them into the system but they don't always come into the office for a visit right away. On the Superbill, under Diagnosis, it has a default line that says "ICD-9 Code" It says that even if you put in an ICD 10 Code, and I can not find a way in the templates to change that. When scheduling an appointment, is there a way to make the drop-down "Visit Types" list appear in a certain order? Right now it appears random--it's not alphabetical or even in the order in which I entered them into the system. Thanks!
Importing Patient
I am trying to import my patient CSV list from Patient Fusion. I have exported list and formated per directions. But when I "import" it only the first patient in the CSV imports in. I only have 74 patients - guess I could import them 1 at a time but what a pain. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
Markings made to image annotation.
I am wondering if it is possible to erase or undo markings made to an image annotation. Also curious if while working in soap notes, it is possible to repeat that image annotation from previous appointment.
Adding invoice headers
Is it possible to add a header to the invoice (other than procedures and products)? I have sold a lab test the patient wishes to claim from the insurance company, but they didn't accept the lab test listed under "products" on the invoice and want to see it listed under a "Diagnostic Laboratory Test" header. I have created a custom SOAP template with heading elements. However when I go to make a chart note with that template and "preview" the final note, the heading is not in the note. Is there a way to make this happen, or a different way to go about it?
Scheduling for multiple calendars - synching schedules?
I work at two locations and am trying to figure out how to manage my calendars. Locations are within a block of each other and I'd like to be flexible about seeing patients at both locations on the same days. Sales Tax
I am entering my inventory into ChARM and am finding that I can only choose one type of tax to add to my retail items. This means that I cannot separate state from city taxes, making the retail billing useless for sales tax tracking. Is there anyway to select more than one sales tax type for each item?
Help with setting up 100% Electronic AND Remote New Patient Intake Process
I have hit a roadblock with trying to go 100% electronic & remote: There is no ability for patients to sign consent forms and medical release forms from within the new patient intake questionnaire. I know the software exists and creates a legally binding signature (e.g. DocuSign) - so I am wondering if this is something that ChARM will be including in their system at some point? In the meantime, I'd love to hear any solutions that other docs and practitioners have come up with for this - to avoid
Patient Demographics
