    I searched in the FAQ section and found this: "Is it possible to do markings on medical images? Yes, you can do markings on the medical images and store them as part of the chart note. This feature is available as part of comprehensive encounter. Go to “Physical Examination” section and use the “Add Image Annotation” feature."     How can I make a patient "active" after marking them "inactive"? I thought I did it the other day (just dealing with mistakes and learning curves), but now I can't figure it out! Thanks for your help! Star

    I recently joined the forum.  Tried to reply to another post and after logging in the reply link disappears.  If I click on the "private reply" link on the right side it says I do not have permission to reply after I fill in the post information.  Is there some other setting needed to reply to others?  Thank you- Mark
