Adding invoice headers

Is it possible to add a header to the invoice (other than procedures and products)? I have sold a lab test the patient wishes to claim from the insurance company, but they didn't accept the lab test listed under "products" on the invoice and want to see it listed under a "Diagnostic Laboratory Test" header.

Any suggestions?
