Announcements: Strange text showing up. How do I fix it?

In the patient portal under the announcements section, I get an odd text strand, that I did not type, as part of my message.

The subject of the Patient Announcement is "Testing Announcements" (It was my first one & I'm testing this section out to see how it works.)

In my practice portal is shows up normal.

In the patient portal it looks like what I've copied below.

Question 1) How do I make the subject line show all of the characters?

Question 2) How do I get rid of the " undefined, undefined aN, NaN at aN:aN am"?
