Apply a credit from one patient account to another

Curious if it's possible to have payment from one patient's account be transferred over to anothers'?
Once patient partially paid for a second patient's appointment however that second patient never used the credit.

Now I have the first patient asking to be able to use the funds.

Is there a way to link the two within the system?
