2. Meds and allergies should pre-populate from the main list into the SOAP note. Also there should be a way to update meds from within the SOAP note, otherwise it's a lot of double entry.

3. Decrease the number of clicks necessary to create a claim.

4. Allow family history to also be updated from within the SOAP note (and have it register for meaningful use). 

Please consider these features. They would make charting so much faster. I have a feeling Charm is going to get an influx of users since Practice Fusion is starting to charge. I've considered going to another platform to make charting faster because the one I'm looking at has all these features and more.
