Does anyone use Bulk SMS?
I just used this.
Problem: We are on a 6 week waitlist for new patients - had two openings come up for tomorrow.
Solution: Reach out to 25 patients using Bulk SMS after running a calendar report for new patients scheduled 3 weeks from now. Message provides details of openings tomorrow with directions to Reply if interested in moving the appointment up.
Next thing we know patients are calling because we are not responding to their "YES" replies.
We cannot locate the replies anywhere.
Anyone have any experience to share? Thank you
