We are unable to save new patient information/create a new patient. I also can't seem to submit a support email request. Would appreciate if someone could contact us ASAP as this really limits our capabilities right now. 

Sometimes it asks for a zip code even though "Canada" is selected as the country. Putting a zip code in doesn't get around it. I've logged out and logged in and reset the router, still not working.
