We're not using charm for scheduling, but I seem to be unable to remove the request appointment or calendar tiles from the patient portal.  All practitioners have "Enable Online Appointments" disabled.

We did do a trial with scheduling, with many patients ported over to the calendar, before opting out.

We need this disabled ASAP.  Please assist.
