Edit claims (box 24 E)

I'm getting a lot of rejected claims because I can't populate the field for box 24E. Only once have I seen an actual error message. It said something like, there is no diagnosis pointer for CPT codes 97810 97811.

Is there a way to fill the fields my self, or otherwise solve this problem?
