Generating 2 claims from 1 encounter
I'm dual licensed and have been advised by insurance companies to separate procedure codes under each credential respectively in order to receive the highest allowed reimbursement. This requires submitting 2 separate claims for the same encounter.
Q:
Is there a way to generate 2 bills for the same encounter?
ChARM does not allow you to e-submit claims that do not have an encounter date, therefore creating the second invoice/claim without encounter renders it useless.
