I need to know if/when patients have read their secure messages. It would also be helpful to know when a specific patient last logged on to their PHR. This information is important for a number of reasons, including assessing engagement and properly discharging MIA clients from the practice. For the life of me I can't locate this information anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?
