Importing patient CSV - can we automate patient portal invitations?

I've built the spreadsheet needed to import the last years worth of patients. A small test run on a demo account imports properly.

How can I 'bulk enroll/invite' these 650 people into the patient portal? We're changing out out of office emails to say "go to the portal", so need patients to actually be enrolled.
