I would like to inquire if it's possible to enable the selection for appointment types only for packages while maintaining our existing settings for other appointments. Currently, we do not have this feature turned on because we primarily take insurance; however, we want to enable this option specifically for these packages.

In exploring potential workarounds, it seems we could still manage package bookings through Charm. Given that this is tied to the Calendar, clients would need to schedule their first session and pay for the entire package upfront. Our proposed package options would look like this:
To facilitate this process, we would adjust the Credit Card processing setting to "Store card on file and charge," which would apply to all Visit Types. Currently, all our visit types are set to $0 to accommodate insurance, but we believe this might be a good opportunity to introduce a baseline co-pay charge. This change would simplify upfront self-pay transactions, allowing us to charge clients upon payment for the entire package.
Could you please confirm if this approach is viable and if there are any additional considerations we should keep in mind?
