Invalid Payer ID Submitted on Claim
I had a little assistance at Charmalot this year, however the potential solution did not work. I have 22 claims that have this error code. When I compare each claim to the ONE claim that was approved and paid, they are identical. I have submitted a support ticket 10 days ago (as the one I submitted over a month ago still has not been addressed.). I have not had a response. When I tried to call the support phone number, it says there is no one available. My provider is waiting to get paid for one client.
The insurance is Providence Health Plan (SX133)
I used the Real-Time Eligibility-Payer List for that id. As suggested, I went though the Edit Claim (will be depreciated) to try to update the claim form. I am still receiving this error.
