Inventory Management

Hello, is there an easy way to adjust stock level in Inventory for supplies that were used by practitioners and not by patients, for example, I currently have 4 boxes of 50-pack acupuncture needles in stock, and one of my practitioners removes one box to use on her clients for the day. Is there a way to simply mark 1 box as having been used without utilizing an Invoice?
