LOST access to all my patient charts! HELP!

I am in the process of changing my practice name from Dr. Debi Walker to Sierra Naturopathic Cancer Care and when I added this name as a "New Facility" I lost access to all my charts under facility name "Dr. Debi Walker." The system also won't allow me to toggle back to the facility "Dr. Debi Walker."

I am now resolved to get some professional help with ChARM, but I have not been able to find anyone who specifically knows this system.
