Not receiving questionnaires

Hello - Having difficulty receiving the questionnaires that are being filled out by clients.  They show as sent by us, and the client has submitted all on their end - but they are not showing up received on our portal.  Thanks for help :)

(They are showing in the patients account as being sent - but my question is pertaining to the "messages" section on our portal where we can track questionnaires that are sent and received.  We are needing to be alerted to when clients submit the questionnaires opposed to going to each account to see if they have submitted them or not)
