Patient Retention and Recall
Does CHARM do any sort of campaigns or have a way to run reports for patient retention and/or recall. For example, if someone has not been in to the office within the last 90 days is there a report for that? And if there is (or even if there is not) is there a way to contact them in a mass way through the portal or otherwise in order to try to retain them as a patient or reactivate them?
Since the system is set up for patient reminders, we didn't know if there was a way to tack this on to that application. In our office specifically, we have used various methods to automate this so as to reduce the amount of phone calls our staff needs to make (less time on the phone means more time helping the people in front of you). We have not found a way to do this through CHARM.
