Patient Summery of Encounter
A few issues with Patient Summary, which is printed from Encounters>Print>Patient Summary:
- DOB is missing from the header
- Visit Type is missing from the header
- The ability to "save" is missing. Only allows "Print" option. Should be able to "save".
The Patient Summary looks much better than Chart Notes, but is missing the above critical info and ability.
