Questionnaire
I'm currently testing out your system for my office. When I spoke with your sales rep, they told me that questions such as insurance details and medications currently being taken would populate automatically from the questionnaires.
However, I just created a test patient, sent them (me) the questionnaire, filled it out, received the completed questionnaire in ChARM but the medications are not populated in the bar on the left.
