Hello!

Is there a way to send questionnaires by email/sms to prospective patients that do not have a PHR and without going through setting up an appointment?

We would like to be able to just send prospective patients a link where they can fill out the forms, and not having to go through creating an appointment for them, or not having to create a patient account.
