Supplement List

I'd like to request a free text feature be added to the Supplement list. Often times the provider will direct a patient to take 1-2 caps of something or other titration guidelines and it makes the med list look confusing when I have to fill in the required fields and then enter the titration details in the bottom free text box. It would be nice if there was just a free text or custom supplement box to enter the information into. 

Also if there could be a free text feature added to the unit, frequency and intake type. I've noticed there is no drop down option for "chewable" or "gummies" which are some of the more popular unit types for children's supplements these days.
