When I preview a chart in which I have annotated information on body diagrams, the diagrams do not show up at all (even if there is only 1 diagram). It simply shows there is a picture of some type that is not loading. I have the option to "Download," but every single time I do that, a screen pops up that tells me an internal error has occurred, and the only option is to return to the home screen. I have tried doing this in both the Chrome and Firefox browsers multiple times and on multiple different dates the last couple weeks, and I get the same thing every time. I am not sure what good it does to take the time to create these diagrams/annotations if you are unable to view them in the chart.
