Enhancements in RCM
Biller Dashboard is a newly introduced feature, enables the MBP users (coders, billers, AR callers & RCM Admins) to view a summary of their to be attended day-to-day activities at one place.
Clicking ' Biller Dashboard ' will take you to the activities summary view. The summary view will have multiple widgets representing to-be-attended activities on denials, rejections, transaction status, watch list, claim status, etc.
Each widget view represents the count of the cases falling under their sub-categories. For example, the denial category widget shows the denied categories versus the count of claims denied. Watchlist widget groups a set of individual activities like encounters waiting for claim generation, user's open tasks count, etc. Clicking on the count will take them to the corresponding view to perform the needed activities.
Configuration of Widgets vs Roles
All the widgets may not be useful for all the users. For example, the receivable widget may not be needed for coders. So, an RCM Administrator can decide & configure widgets that can be shown to their users based on the roles using the 'Configure Roles' option, as shown in the below image.
RCM Admin can decide on widgets availability to the individual roles by enabling/disabling the corresponding widgets in this view.
User Widget Customization
Widgets will be displayed to the users based on their roles. Each user can customize their widgets as per their preferences using the ' Customize ' option. Users can make their widgets enable/disable as well as re-order them by drag & drop.
