You can raise a support ticket to our BillerPro team from within your BillerPro portal account. Our BillerPro will attend the tickets and reply to your registered email ids.
How to raise a Support Ticket?
In the BillerPro home page, click ' help icon ' and choose the ' Support ' option.
This opens up our support form. Contact Name and Email Id are auto-filled with your personal details given at the time of registration.
Please fill the details of your queries/issues in the subject and description field. If you want to share screenshots/attachments, please attach them after removing PHI, if any. Send us the filled in details using the ' Submit ' button
We have also introduced Knowledge-Base inside the view. This will list the feature related published release articles.
Searching a topic in this view will pull you the related articles if any.
Before raising a support ticket, you can check in our KB section to see any related articles available for your query.
