Enhancements in RCM
We have enhanced the Task view along with a new look and feel.
- All the tasks of a member across the practices in a single tabular view
- Revamped filter options to search for the tasks
- Provision to export the filtered tasks as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) list
- Sorting can be done on the payer column
- Claim History action to view the history of the claims
- Provision to select multiple tasks and mark them as read
- ' Payer Notes History ' can be used by an AR caller to see the recent notes received from this payer for the other claims. This may give an idea to the AR callers about the payer's communication/contact/hierarchy details about claim inquiry. Clicking 'Payer Notes History' will open the recent notes added to other claims associated with this claim payer.
